The abstract submission site will be open on April 01, 2024.

Abstract Submission Deadline: May 15, 2024 Extended to July 15, 2024

Abstract Submission Notification: May 30, 2024 From June 15, 2024

Early Registration Deadline: June 15, 2024

RULES

(By submitting your abstracts, you agree to these rules)

1) The presenting author is expected to attend the congress and present the poster.

2) The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of and approve the content of the abstract before submission.

3) All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.

4) Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published on the AOSRA-PM 2024 website.

5) Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the final program.

6) The Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted or rejected. Abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to appropriate sessions.

7) All submitted abstracts must contain novel data. Abstracts stating “data will be discussed in the presentation” will NOT be accepted.

GUIDELINES

1) Title of Poster (50-word limit): The title should clearly and succinctly identify the contents of the abstract. Be sure to use title casing. Capitalize the first letter of each word except prepositions, articles, and species names.

2) Abstract Text (250-word limit), excluding abstract title, author list, and affiliations.

3) Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

- Background and aims

- Methods

- Results

- Conclusions

- References

POSTER ABSTRACT NOTIFICATIONS

Once a poster abstract is submitted, the only means of communication and notification of status will be sent via e-mail. Only the primary author will be sent a letter of notification indicating the acceptance or rejection of an abstract via the e-mail provided. It is incumbent on the submitter to notify all authors of the decision. Abstract results will be sent to the primary author via e-mail notification on May 30, 2024.
